Your total jumps before that date. Work logged on or after it is added automatically. Clear the date to count every entry in the app.
Added to every jumping entry automatically. Altitude: 13000 ft (4000 m), or 5500 ft (1500 m) for HP and SD HP. Delay: 55 s per jump, 5 s per HP. Total time is calculated from your total jump nr above plus the jumps logged since.
Equipment
The default canopy is automatically used on entries unless another is selected.
An alarm shows on the Daily page 31 days before this date.
An AAD alarm shows from 3 months before either date, until you change it.

License and medical are saved with Save settings below. An alarm shows on the Daily page 31 days before any expiry date.

Workbook is built by dz-tool specifically for professional skydivers, dropzone staff, coaches, and camera flyers to log daily work, calculate income, track canopy line usage, and maintain automatic jump records.
1. Information We Store
When you use Workbook, the following categories of data are processed and securely stored:
- Account Credentials: Your email address and encrypted authentication session tokens handled through Supabase Authentication. We never have access to your plain-text password.
- Work & Financial Data: Daily work items logged (quantity, unit price, currency, category, dropzone name, and dates) used to compute your financial dashboards and income reports.
- Logbook & Jump Data: Cumulative jump numbers, jump types, aircraft models, dropzone locations, freefall delay times, altitudes, and personal flight notes.
- Equipment & Canopies: Main canopy models, line installation dates, previous line jump counts, reserve repack expiry, container info, and AAD maintenance/expiration schedules.
- Documents & Ratings: Skydiving license numbers, medical certificate expiry dates, and other certifications you choose to save for expiration warning reminders.
2. Data Isolation & Security
Your records are protected with PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS). Every database query enforces strict user identification checks (auth.uid() = user_id), ensuring your private work rates, financial figures, documents, and logbook entries are completely inaccessible to any other user.
3. Shared Dropzone Presets
When you unlock a shared dropzone preset created by an administrator, you receive read-only access to standard work type names and rates. Your individual work quantities, income figures, and logbook entries remain strictly confidential and are never shared back to the dropzone or other users.
4. Local & Offline Caching
Workbook functions as a Progressive Web App (PWA). App assets and temporary session information are cached in your browser's local storage and Service Worker cache so that the tool remains accessible offline on remote dropzones and landing areas.
5. Third-Party Sharing & Tracking
We do not sell, monetize, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not use third-party behavioral advertising trackers, data brokers, or telemetry scripts.
6. Your Rights & Data Ownership
You own all your data. You can export your jump logbook as a printable PDF at any time. If you wish to delete your account or have any questions regarding your data, please contact us directly.
